1. Green tea
Green tea contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds that can treat skin conditions such as acne.
Simply, use the green tea as a face wash or put the bag on top of the acne. It will lessen the inflammation of the acne lesions.
Lemon serves as a skin lightener, exfoliant, and antiseptic that can prevent the pimples from forming on the face. Besides, it can also lessen the scars on the face. Get a cotton ball and dipped it in lemon juice. Then, dab it to your acne and rinse it with cool water.
Honey has antioxidant properties that can help clear up the acne. You may put a teaspoon of honey to your acne. Also, you can make a mask by combining 1 cup of plain oatmeal and ½ cup of honey then apply it on your acne for 30 minutes.
4. Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar can dry out the acne because it has malic and lactic acids.

Aloe has burn-relieving properties that can reduce scars, fight infection, and promote healing. Get a spoon and scare a gel from aloe and dab it on affected areas.
6. Witch hazel

7. Tea tree oil
Jeannette Jacknin, MD, a San Diego based board-certified dermatologist said that with the tea tree oil natural inflammation-fighting properties, it is less harsh than benzoyl peroxide but can be effective against acne.
Mix 12 drops of tea tree oil to as ½ teaspoon of goldenseal powder. Then, apply it to your acne and leave it for 20 minutes. Then rinse and do this twice each day.
A study published in the Journal of Dermatological Science indicates that echinacea has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties that can enhance inflammatory skin conditions like eczema.
It can also help with acne, said Dr. Jacknin. Echinacea tea can act as a face wash. You may apply it on your face using a clean cloth. Or dab it on your acne using a cotton ball.
Mint can diminish the pore-clogging oil on your face. Combine 2 tablespoons of fresh mint with 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt and oatmeal. Pulverize first the oatmeal using a blender. Then, apply on your acne or face for 10 minutes and rinse it with clean water.
